Pusat 4S Kawasaki Shah Alam kini dibuka
EDARAN Modenas Sdn Bhd (EMOS), anak syarikat milik penuh Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (Modenas), baru-baru ini merasmikan pembukaan pusat 4S pertamanya iaitu Kawasaki Shah Alam.
Majlis dirasmikan oleh Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kawasaki Shah Alam, Chear Kin Keong, sementara EMOS diwakili oleh Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif, Roslan Roskan dan Ketua Pegawai Pemasaran, George Kashiwagi.
“Melihat sekitar Kawasaki Shah Alam, saya mendapat inspirasi bahawa kedai yang pertama seumpamanya ini akan menjadi platform bagi komuniti Kawasaki untuk mendapatkan pelbagai produk inovatif Kawasaki,” kata Roslan.
Kawasaki Shah Alam merangkumi empat aspek perniagaan iaitu jualan, alat ganti, servis dan bilik pameran.
Apa yang menarik, pusat 4S flagship ini juga dikategorikan sebagai Kawasaki All Star, di mana peminat motosikal boleh menemui semua model Kawasaki terkini, dari model kapasiti kecil hingga besar, termasuk model-model off-road.
George Kashiwagi berkata semua outlet Kawasaki All Star menggunakan reka bentuk Kawasaki Plaza di Jepun yang mengetengahkan paparan produk dan perdagangan visual.
“Kami percaya dengan berkongsi aspek reka bentuk dan kepercayaan yang sama, bilik pameran ini akan membuatkan pengunjung berpuas hati. Dalam erti kata lain, ia memberikan mereka pengalaman Kawasaki di mana budaya bertemu dengan minat,” katanya.
