Sah, tiga model Toyota GR baharu bakal tiba di Malaysia!
UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) akan menambah beberapa model GR dalam barisan kenderaan mereka di Malaysia tahun depan. Lebih tepat lagi, tiga model GR baharu.
Ini adalah GR Corolla, GR86 dan GR Supra dengan kotak gear manual. Perkara ini dikongsi oleh Presiden UMWT, Ravindran Kurusamy, menurut laporan oleh Paultan.org.
Model-model tersebut akan menyertai barisan GR yang pernah ditawarkan iaitu GR Yaris dan GR Supra (hanya transmisi automatik 8-kelajuan ditawarkan sebelum ini).
GR Corolla dilancarkan pada April lepas merupakan model terkini yang membuat pelancaran global. Ia dilengkapi dengan enjin 1.6-liter turbo 3-silinder yang menjana 300hp dan 370Nm tork, lebih berkuasa dari GR Yaris yang menggunakan enjin sama.
GR Corolla juga hadir dengan kotak gear manual 6-kelajuan dengan fungsi rev-matching, sistem pacuan semua-roda GR-Four dan limited-slid differential (LSD) Torsen di belakang.
GR86 pula merupakan kembar kepada Subaru BRZ generasi kedua, dilancarkan pada April 2021. Model coupe sports dua-pintu pacuan roda-belakang ini dipacu oleh enjin 2.4-liter flat-four dengan 232hp dan 250Nm, dan boleh didapati dengan kotak gear manual 6-kelajuan dan automatik.
Sementara itu GR Supra manual pula merupakan tambahan kepada Supra yang diperkenalkan pada 2019. Ianya model GR paling berkuasa dengan 382hp dan 500Nm, hasil kerahan enjin 3.0-liter turbo 6-silinder sebaris.
Tiada perincian lanjut buat masa ini seperti harga dan tarikh pelancaran. GR Corolla baru tiba di ASEAN semasa ia dilancarkan di Thailand minggu lepas, dengan harga mencecah RM500,000.
GR Supra pula ditawarkan pada harga RM611,880 untuk model facelift.
