Untuk menggerakkan sedan yang sangat berat ini, pihak GM telah memadankan enjin bentangan V8 7.8 liter yang dibina oleh Jack Roush, menghasilkan kuasa sekitar 450 hp.
Dengan jarak perbatuan sejauh 849 km sahaja, sudah pasti sedan ini jarang sekali digunakan untuk kegunaan rasmi presiden Amerika berbanding dua lagi sedan yang kini disimpan rapi di muzium.
