Aveta Service Corner pertama dibuka di Klang, 29 lagi bakal menyusul
DALAM usahanya untuk memberikan ketenangan fikiran kepada semua pelanggan mereka, Aveta Motorcycles Malaysia baru-baru ini telah melancarkan Aveta Service Corner (ASC).
Menurut syarikat itu, ASC merupakan satu sudut khusus di pusat penjualan Aveta yang dilengkapi dengan peralatan khas untuk juruteknik bekerja pada motosikal Aveta.
“Kami mahu pelanggan mempunyai pengalaman pemilikan yang bagus dengan motosikal Aveta, dan ASC ini adalah untuk itu. Kami bekerjasama dengan peniaga dan pusat servis yang komited yang mempunyai pengetahuan untuk bekerja pada motosikal Aveta,” jelas Steven Lim, Pengarah Urusan Kumpulan Aveta Motorcycles Malaysia.
Tambah beliau lagi, selain pengetahuan, alat yang betul juga penting untuk seorang juruteknik. Justeri tu, ASC mempunyai semua kelengkapan yang sesuai untuk kerja penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan motosikal Aveta.
Bagi memastikan juruteknik sentiasa berprestasi pada tahap tertinggi dan mempunyai set kemahiran yang betul, Aveta telah menyediakan latihan untuk semua model sedia ada.
Selain daripada latihan, semua juruteknik juga akan diberikan baju T, manakala ASC turut menyediakan lift motosikal dan laci alat.
ASC pertama dilancarkan dengan kerjasama Ann Chuan Motor, pengedar Aveta di Klang. Ia merupakan yang pertama daripada 30 ASC yang akan dilancarkan di seluruh Malaysia pada tahun 2024.
ASC merupakan salah satu daripada tiga inisiatif Penjagaan Pelanggan, di mana dua lagi adalah Mobile Service Fleet yang sudah beroperasi dan pelantikan stokis yang komited yang dijadualkan pada tahun 2024.
