Permohonan Skim Galakan Penggunaan Motosikal Elektrik dibuka hari ini
SKIM Galakan Penggunaan Motosikal Elektrik yang diumumkan semasa pembentangan Belanjawan 2024 telah dilancarkan secara rasmi hari ini.
Menerusi skim ini, rakyat dengan pendapatan tahunan RM120,000 ke bawah akan menikmati rebat bernilai sehingga RM2,400 apabila mereka membeli motosikal elektrik.
Skim Galakan Penggunaan Motosikal Elektrik diperkenalkan semasa pembentangan Belanjawan 2024 bagi untuk meningkatkan penggunaan motosikal elektrik di negara ini.
Sehubungan itu, kerajaan melancarkan skim yang dikenali sebagai “MARiiCas” yang dikelolakan oleh Institut Automotif, Robotik dan IoT Malaysia (MARii) bagi menggalakkan rakyat membeli motosikal elektrik.
Mereka yang berminat untuk mendapatkan rebat tersebut boleh membuat pendaftaran menerusi laman web MARiiCas.
Menurut laman web tersebut, terdapat lapan jenama motosikal elektrik yang terlibat dalam skim MARiiCas iaitu Legatus, Eclimo, Ebixon, Blueshark, Treelektrik, Modenas, Superlux dan RydeEV.
Menteri Perdagangan Antarabangsa dan Industri, Datuk Seri Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz berkata, “Saya nasihatkan semua rakyat Malaysia untuk mengambil peluang ini sekiranya berniat untuk membeli motosikal elektrik.
“Sekiranya ingin membeli, kerajaan akan sokong dengan memberi subsidi tunai,” katanya.
